Green Residences offers two unit layouts from studio units and 1 Bedroom with and without Balcony.
It will allow us to design your units from 2 bedrooms or more by combining it. All units in Green Residences are Basic Finished. Walls are painted finished. Homogeneous tiles at bedrooms, living and dining area and kitchen and ceramic tiles at Toilet and Bathroom. Plumbing fixtures, MDF doors for the main door and bedroom and PVC at the bathroom. Kitchen cabinet is MDF laminate finish with granite counter-top and powder-coated aluminum windows.

There will be 536 parking slots and also there will be separate entrances between retail and residential condo for security purposes. Expected completion of this project is on the 4thquarter of 2015 and turnover date is on 1st half of year 2016.
